Beating the odds
Sixty-Five Years of marriage life is difficult to imagine for any couple. Allen and Rosemary were married for 65 years.
More importantly, every year was the best year of their successful marriage.
Enjoying seeing their family grow and become successful is a big part of their happy marriage.
Wow, how wonderful.
These everyday heroes met when Allen returned from the war.
Being just out of the Army, he had no job and no money. But as love would have it, that would have no bearing at all.
That is to say, to be together through thick and thin was all they wanted.
As a result, they moved in with Rosemary’s mother, into a tiny room of love.
It wasn’t much, but it was all they needed to start their journey.
Experiencing long marriage life
Above all, their son Jim feels he is the luckiest kid alive ever to have had them both as parents.
For example, watching this love affair evolve right before his very eyes.
Certainly, he couldn’t feel more lucky to have grown up in such a supportive relationship.
Most importantly, crediting both of his parents for all the accomplishments he has had over his successful career.
These two are definitely everyday heroes.
