Part 10 (October 10)
Once the Jordan recovered from the scare, the Jordan stared at the squishy little reptile with green, cinnamon-bun-round cheeks before him with confusion. “What… what is this?!”
“I’m Moshi,” the Moshi explained.
The Bert sighed and told the story of how he went to find the pest that kept disturbing his sleep, of how he found this little Moshi. He shared the Moshi’s horrible, terrible story of the googly monster just one forest away. After a winding few minutes, the Jordan sat in thought, absorbing the silly, scary, and weird things he was told. And then…
“Wait a minute. YOU took my mixing bowl?”
“Delicious. Yumk you!”
Needless to say, it took a while for the Jordan to forgive the Moshi, but the Moshi was so adorable so of course he had to forgive it. As the chattering cooled down, the Moshi broke the silence:
“Must go back! Propelville trouble.”
The Jordan responded: “Oooookay.”
The Bert replied: “Fine. I guess.”
So, off they headed down the long stretch of hills, away from the homes of the Bert and the Jordan.
